This Privacy Policy describes how HexDefense ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with your use of the App on Android devices.
The short version: HexDefense does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information about you. The App does not "phone home." There are no analytics, no advertising SDKs, no crash reporting libraries, no social features, and no third-party trackers of any kind built into HexDefense.
None. HexDefense does not collect any personal information, device identifiers, location data, contacts, usage statistics, gameplay telemetry, or any other data from you or your device. The App operates entirely on your device and does not communicate with any servers controlled by us or anyone else.
HexDefense may save game progress, settings, and preferences locally on your device so that your game state persists between sessions. This information stays on your device, is not transmitted anywhere, and is removed if you uninstall the App or clear its data through your device's settings.
HexDefense does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or social media APIs.
The only third party involved in distributing HexDefense is the Google Play Store. Google Play automatically provides certain aggregate, anonymized information to all developers who publish apps on the platform — for example, install counts, country-level distribution, Android version statistics, and (if you opt in through your Android device settings) anonymous crash reports. This data is collected and provided by Google, not by us, and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We do not control what Google collects through the Play Store, and we receive only the standard aggregate reports that every Android developer receives.
HexDefense requests only the Android permissions strictly necessary to run the game. The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location, photos, files, or any other sensitive data.
HexDefense does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. Because the App collects no data at all, it is safe for use by children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) with respect to children's online privacy laws such as COPPA and GDPR-K.
Because no personal information ever leaves your device through HexDefense, there is no data of yours for us to secure, lose, or breach. Any locally saved game data is protected by your device's standard operating system security.
Since we do not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. You can remove all locally stored game data at any time by clearing the App's data through your Android device settings, or by uninstalling HexDefense.
HexDefense is available to users worldwide. Because we collect no data, no international data transfers occur in connection with your use of the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add new features to HexDefense. If we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If a future version of HexDefense ever introduces any data collection, we will update this policy accordingly and disclose what is collected, why, and how, before that version is released.
